In the VFX breakdown entitled “Wildfire”, FuseFX shows how a forest fire can be virtually ignited. So much for the visual focus. At the narrative centre of the series are emergency first responders from Los Angeles – police officers, firefighters, paramedics and similar everyday heroes – who extinguish private fires when they are not fighting the annual Californian forest fires.
