In nuce: 3D artist Philip Moreton (also known by his nickname moretonvisuals) has posted his beautiful water simulation on YouTube and Instagram. According to Philip Moreton, the simulation was created with 3ds Max and tyFlow.
Simulation Series 08 – Apple Droplet Breakdown
In toto: In our report on the full release of tyFlow on 31 January 2022 , Digital Production defined the particle simulation tool as “a plugin for 3ds Max for the simulation of clothing, snow, but also of destruction orgies”, which – as Theodore McKenzie writes on 80.lv – works with the Corona Renderer. In a comment, 3D artist Philip writes that his droplet simulation needs further improvements, which are planned for the future.
